Jill is passionate about holistic embodied living in community. Mystic, Heart-led Poet, Meditator and Yogini, Song and Sound Carrier; her fascination lies in the continual expansion and awakening of consciousness through exploring her inner world and her relationships with others. She brings a warm, joyful, bold, and free spirit to her work, relationships, and spiritual life.

Her love for health and wellness blossomed through her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, her research in social media, and body image and teaching fitness classes. She completed a two-month yoga internship in Hawaii, which was where she fell in love with community, natural living. and all things yoga. She knew that she was being called to focus on her spiritual path. This initiation truly began during her years of living in California. She studied Kriya through the Yogananda lineage, Ayurveda, Inter-relational Focusing, and developed her sadhana practice through silent retreats at her community.

Her work life has included giving creative direction and a voice for international conscious businesses, including yoga teacher training schools, retreat centers, and a sound ceremony training school through managing marketing, copywriting, website design, admin, and sales.

She has taught yoga, song, and sound ceremonies in Peru, Guatemala, Canada, and the States, and continues to expanding into her role as space holder and inner work facilitator at Earthaven and in Asheville, North Carolina.
