We’ll move through the recipes together over the course of the month. Participation in the live sessions is totally optional; you can engage with the live group led by Chloe and NikiAnne, watch the live session recordings on your schedule, or engage with the recipes on your own. Your choice, week to week.

Renouned teacher and mentor Sobonfu Somé was one of the foremost voices of African spirituality to come to the West. Mentored by her Dagara elders, she brought ancient indigenous African wisdom to our Western culture in a compassionate, loving, and joyful way. Sobonfu was in Africa when she died in 2017.
